The climate in Namibia is hot inland in the summer and lends itself as a good thermal site with wide open spaces. At the coast the climate is more temperate because of the Atlantic ocean. Flying at the coast is almost 100% assured every day. We have wind directions ranging from a north westerly to west and southwest in the afternoon. In the afternoon the wind can sometimes get very strong but is rarely gets to strong to fly. Click here for |
